Tuna Bay Island Resort

Tuna Bay Island Resort offers 44 spacious wooden chalets set either right on the beach front, or shaded by coconut palms, or around a pretty garden area. Fifteen of the chalets are interconnecting and are perfect for family use. All chalets are just a minute’s walk from the beach and command breath-taking views of Pulau Perhentian Kecil (Small Island) and the South China Sea right at your doorstep.


Even at low tide, the view from our resort is still breath taking! The ambiance here is one of peace and relaxation ideally geared towards holiday makers. The Resort is owned and managed by the Friendly Lee’s Family.
 


 
The wooden chalets on stilts are air-conditioned with a covered terrace, laid out with bamboo furniture. They are arranging in rectangle along the contours of the land set against the jungle. The most pleasant room of course the sea facing ones set right on the beach side. The others set against the jungle or well placed around the greenery garden area.Each bungalow has a wooden veranda with 2 comfortable seats to relax and enjoy the amazing scenery of the Island.

All the rooms are laid out and decorated in the same simple manner in beige and white tones. They are well lit thanks to a large aluminium sliding picture window and white painted walls. The wooden and bamboo furniture concludes everything that is required, the bed furnished has either a King sized, twin beds or a queen and a single beds covered with a pretty comforter matching the curtains, a painting of fishing boats decorates the wall and adjustable reading lights are provided.

The blue and beige-tiled bathrooms have two spacious, curtained shower areas impeccable with hot shower facilities. Fresh towels and basic bathroom amenities are provided by us throughout your stay. Digital safe deposits are also provided for guest to keep their valuables and important travel documents
